Janet Whitehead's life and career experiences have led her to having a unique set of skills and expertise that transferred beautifully into creating Musings and Mud Coaching Studio.

  • Certified Professional Life and Business Coach,  International Coaching Academy -program accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
  • Extensive coaching experience.
  • Additional training specific to creativity coaching.
  • Liscensed Creative Muse Group Coaching Facilitator
  • 17 years as a clay artist and more recently has added watercolour to her art palette.
  • Artwork has been shown in various shows, including a solo show in 2006, group show in Chicago 2008. 
  • 20 years experience as an arts and recreation coordinator, including facilitated tournament skatepark, implemented numerous large events from BC Seniors Games to conferencec to large scale youth events
  • Has led many workshops in self- development, youth awareness, imagination, creativity, and art.
  • Her life experiences are many, from having lived in the Middle East to having a number of losses in her family, from being president and coach of the Waterski Club, to being a dedicated mother, and now a Nana! She has had challenging injuries and moved forward successfully; with the joyful transition to this career being one of those occasions.
  • Loves waterskiing, wakeboarding,downhill skiing, boating, camping.
  • 'Die hard' waterskier with unusual and successful techniques to reach peak performance.  
  • Life long interest and exploration of spirit, the magic of life, and soul given gifts.
  • Intrigued by pirates and faeries...
All of this has made Janet a little bit life-wise,
compassionate, and a great life, business, and creativity coach/ artist advocate/ creativity expert. 
 

The ripple effect of just one individual accessing and implementing their inner
 wisdom, soul given gifts, and best ways to move forward
 is enough to change the world.
 That "knowing' is what empowers Janet to do her artworks, coaching, and contributing.
