Deepest fear....

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. ... We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? ...Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory... that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

Quote by Marianne Williamson – “A Return to Love”

This, my friends, is a philosophy that is the basis of life coaching at Musings and Mud. Each and every one of us deserves to shine- in the way that is most empowering and fulfilling to our unique self.  I adore coaching... I get to witness people shining brilliantly!

Give yourself permission to shine! What is one small step you can do this week that makes your eyes twinkle? If you had no choice but to come up with an answer, what would it be?

A Musing we will go...

Yes, it’s time to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous and Fearless!

Bravely go where you’re most creative self wants to go in an affordable course with kindred spirits!

The Creative Muse Course begins on June 25!  Registration by June 18 gives me time to order your copy of “Nine Modern Day Muses”

OH, and how convenient that June’s Creative People Gathering is June 18!

At the CPG, besides the social, I’ll offer a casual ‘in the corner’ introduction of  a Muse or two. Kind of like a blind date.  If it goes well, you might want to meet again.

The Creative Muse course is empowering, life changing  and delightfully fun to boot! From Aha-phrodite, to Bea Silly, to Albert, to Lull... soon, you, too, will know exactly when to call on the resources of each of the muses!

All courses and workshops includes a copy of "The Nine Modern Day Muses and a Bodyguard."

Chicago!!

I am pleased to announce that both Bonnie Keats and I have had our artwork accepted in Chicago at Womanmade Gallery for a group show called “The Secret.”  Isn’t this exciting?  Congratulations, Bonnie!  Yay us!

For my Chicago readers, I hope you get to go see the show! Details at http://www.womanmade.org/calexhibits.html

Are you an artist interested in submitting your work for group or solo exhibitions in BC and Alberta?  I have an excellent list of galleries and submission requirements... contact me if you would like a copy.

Now that you’ve read all this, did you notice what’s in the left column?

I just couldn’t let you bypass two new projects.

The Store: People have been asking me to make my artwork images available for print, journals, and such.  Someone said “You’re  having too much fun not to share” and that inspired me to build this online store. Please check it out! (Much more to come!)

The Bookstore: On the Musings and Mud website, I’ve created a bookstore of the books I find myself often recommended.

Sometimes you just have to love the possibilities, convenience and resource capability of the internet!

Almost done.

I ‘m grateful for each and every one of you!

If you want this to go way hit reply.  Sing “Go away, little girl”* and maybe type it too.

*that’s an old old song, for those of you too young or too far away to know it.
