Right Brain/ Left Brain Creativity Test.

A quick online test
with results that help you better understand what Right Brain/ Left Brain means!

And you don't have to sell your soul to get the answers, or even leave your email address!  Nice!

Our clients generally fall in the the 54 + % right brain dominance.

We are advocates for the creative soul.

It's a tricky niche because oftentimes people haven't had the opportunity to acknowledge that they are "right brain" creative souls.

Are the services of Musings and Mud Coaching Studio the right fit for you?

Please read on..

By creative, we mean "right brain thinker" or "holistic thinker"or "inspired thinkers" .. quite simply, you think a little differently than the larger percentage of the population.

You might recognize yourself in
some of
the following. (There's no "one size fits all" about my clients!)

1. You feel like you are not living up to your potential.

2.You like the idea of engaging right brain thinking, inspiration, feelings, creativity and spirit in planning your life, and you like the idea of finding ways that your left brain will support you in this.

 3. You might be an artists, creative thinker, and perhaps you don't call yourself an artists but you a crafter, writer, or creative dabbler, or a person who has so many ideas in their head they don't know what to do!

 4. You may be the person who thinks holistically and, although producing creative products is not your passion, you are a person who sometimes feels like you 'just don't fit."

 5. You are the person whom you think is perceived as 'flighty' or 'flakey" in a board room setting because you have so many 'aha' moments. However, it is more likely, because your style isn't supported and you are smart, that you've played their game but feel trapped and lacking in motivation in a workplace setting.

6. You may have trouble with focus, details and completing tasks. Overwhelm, perfectionism and procrastination may stop you. (And that's okay.. even normal for a creative type... coaching helps you find YOUR way to 'get 'er done.' )

7.  You might be the person who could come up with the answer in a difficult math question, but the way the teacher got to it made no sense or just seemed silly.

8. ...the possibilities are as unique as the people I coach... because they are creative beings - they lean towards dominant right brain thinking, but have decent left brain skills to call on because they've had to work at this throughout life!

The bottom line is that traditional systems, self development, traditional life choices, and workplaces do not support the right brain thinker and you may feel like you're either failing, or you feel trapped, bored or unmotivated. Good chance you feel like you aren't getting to live your full potential.  We get to help you with that.

You're in good company, by the way... every major change, invention and discovery began with people like you.

Coaching with Janet is an empowering experience that allows creatives to be creatives and feel darn good about it.

      Is this you?

  • The terms 'setting goals' and 'structure' and 'strategic plans' sends a chill up your spine.

  • You need breaks, pauses.. but beat yourself up for taking them.
  • Sometimes you just seem to avoid getting to what you want to be doing. TV or computers become a fervent pastime.
  • You just don't have time.
  • A rebel, oh how you resist 'authority'.
  • Your creative process is non-linear - to others you seem 'all over the map.'  You might beat yourself up for this one too.
  • A bit of perfectionism and maybe a lot of sensitivity or vice versa or a lot of both..
  • Creating something 'has to' be the last thing on your list of priorities, because of your other responsibilities.  Yet, it's always on your mind.
  • And how is that inner critic doing?
  • Feeling guilty because you 'should be' doing something else when you do get to creating.

"This is probably getting annoying but I seriously would not be here and going there if it wasn't for you."
