Simply knowing someone is 'listening' /reading in a very deep and meaningful way can be enough for writing to be empowering; Having that person be a coach and intuitive takes the process to a whole new level.

Coaching by email is for you if any of these apply:

• time to spend writing your emails and reflecting on responses.
• you can show up to coaching in the middle of the night or the wee hours of the morning.
• scheduling a regular appointment with a coach is difficult due to your lifestyle.

~ You still want the accountability of a process that keeps you engaged and moving forward. 

~ You are keen on having a professional coach but the financial commitment of traditional coaching is not for you right now.

~ AND a key reason.. you know that showing up to the written word is a way that works for you to process, reflect, reassess, and make discoveries... or you think it has that potential.

"The Write You " email coaching process includes:

• Access to my coaches console where you have you have your own private page to communicate with me, make notes, and keep track of our emails, as well as have access to discovery forms and other resources.
• Initial discovery and 'get to know you' email session is complimentary.
• Four email sessions per month.

An email session looks like this:

• You'll get a reminder each week to send off your email.  (This reminder includes some powerful questions to help you find the focus you'd like to be coached on) You can choose anytime during that week to send your response.
• I'll respond to your email (within 24 hours, often much much sooner) with questions, and other tools, insights, and/or activities to help you get clear and decide on the next steps / actions that will most empower you.
• You'll reply back with your discoveries and next steps.
• I'll respond to cheer you on!

Introductory Offer:  

Your investment  $100 CDN per month (4 weekly sessions)
