You may be here because you’ve found yourself at a crossroad which has inspired you to make changes.  Or perhaps you feel you aren’t living your life with purpose and passion and are looking for a new way to connect to that in your life.

Life coaching works because it is a partnership that involves powerful questioning, tools and activities to help you get clear on what you want, get unstuck, and take the steps that get you where you want to be - with balance, joy and compassion.

You get the benefit of a person who is trained to notice what inspires and motivates you and who can more clearly see what’s limiting you.  As your coach, I help you get past these limitations.  I also help you get clear on what you really want, and I am there to remind you of your vision when fear and uncertainty get in the way.

How we will work together will be as individual as you are. My coaching model and the tools I’ll call upon have been developed through 6 years of full time coaching and through my training as a:

• Certified Professional Coach with the International Coaching Academy – a top training institution for professional coaches where I was trained in business, life, spiritual, career, and executive coach training. 
• Creativity Coach with Kaizen-Muse Creativity Coaching – where I have currently completed requirements to be a Master Creativity Coach, as well as facilitator of courses and training through KMCC.   KMCC training has been developed by well known author and coach, Jill Badonsky.

As  a result of my training and experience I offer an inspired process that engages both your left brain logic and your right brain creativity and intuition as you create your life.

Often my clients are those 

• who are stuck and unhappy in their current work and are seeking to change their career or build a business.
• who feel like they don't 'fit' in this world.. they think differently and have a different approach to life. This includes those who know they are creative, those who don't call themselves creative but know they think differently, and those who are adventurers.

• people who have found that tradition goal setting and coaching methods don't inspire them  or keep them motivated.
